1. Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content

By purchasing and downloading a digital product from 404 Deep, you acknowledge and agree that you are waiving your standard right of withdrawal (the 14-day cooling-off period) once the download or streaming access has begun. This is in accordance with consumer protection regulations for digital content.

2. When We Offer Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We will offer a full refund or replacement in the following specific cases:

3. When We Do Not Offer Refunds
