- “Client”, “You”, or “User” refers to any individual or entity accessing the services provided by 404 Deep.
- “Services” refers to all digital music products, Ghost Producer tracks, demo submissions, radio submissions, and related services offered through our platform.
- “Products” refers to all digital music files, tracks, instrumentals, and downloadable content sold on our website.
2. Digital Music Products
404 Deep provides digital music products, including Ghost Producer tracks, instrumentals, and other downloadable content. All products are delivered digitally via instant download. No physical products are shipped.
3. Ghost Producer Services
404 Deep offers Ghost Producer tracks, which are original music compositions delivered to the Client anonymously, with no public attribution to the original producer. The Client may use the produced works as their own creation for commercial or non-commercial purposes.
4. Order Process
- The Client must select the desired product from our website and complete the checkout process.
- All payments must be made before the final product is delivered.
- Upon successful payment, the Client will receive an instant download link via email and through their account dashboard.
- The Client is responsible for downloading and backing up their purchased files.
5. Pricing and Payments
- The prices of our products are detailed on our website and displayed in EUR (€).
- Payments are accepted via the methods specified on the website (credit/debit cards, PayPal, etc.).
- All payments must be completed before access to the digital product is granted.
- Prices may change at any time without prior notice, but confirmed orders will be honored at the price at the time of purchase.
6. Licensing and Usage Rights
Upon full payment for a Ghost Producer track or digital product, the Client will acquire a non-exclusive license to use the track for personal or commercial purposes, including but not limited to:
- Releasing the track under the Client’s own name or artist alias
- Using the track on streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, Beatport, etc.)
- Using the track in DJ sets, live performances, and live streams
- Using the track in videos, social media content, and online platforms
- Monetizing content featuring the track on YouTube, social media, and other platforms
The Client may NOT:
- Resell or redistribute the original file as-is to third parties
- Claim ownership of the original composition or copyright
- Use the track in any illegal, defamatory, or infringing context
- Transfer the license to another party without written consent from 404 Deep
7. 404 Deep Records – Demo Submissions
By submitting a demo to 404 Deep Records, you agree to the following:
- You confirm that you are the original creator of the submitted material and have the right to submit it.
- Submission does not guarantee acceptance or release.
- 404 Deep Records reserves the right to listen, evaluate, and contact you regarding potential release.
- If accepted, separate terms and agreements will be established for the release.
- You retain full ownership of your submitted material unless a separate agreement is signed.
8. 404 Deep Radio – Music Submissions
By sending your music to 404 Deep Radio, you agree to the following:
- You grant 404 Deep Radio a non-exclusive right to broadcast your track on our 24/7 online radio station.
- You retain full ownership and copyright of your music.
- 404 Deep Radio does not claim any ownership or royalties from submitted tracks.
- You confirm that you have the right to submit the track for broadcasting.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
- All content on 404 Deep, including logos, branding, website design, and original music, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
- Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of 404 Deep’s intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
- Upon full payment, the Client acquires the usage rights specified in Section 6, but 404 Deep retains the right to use the works in our portfolio, website, and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
10. Confidentiality and Privacy
- We value the privacy and confidentiality of our Clients. Any information shared by the Client will be treated as confidential.
- 404 Deep complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable data protection laws.
- We will not share any personal or project-related information without the Client’s explicit consent.

11. Delivery and Technical Issues
- All digital products are delivered instantly via download link upon successful payment.
- The Client is responsible for ensuring they have the technical capability to download and use the files.
- In case of technical issues (corrupted files, download failures), the Client must contact us within 14 days of purchase for assistance.
- We will provide replacement files or technical support as needed.
12. Refund and Returns Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once the file has been downloaded. Refunds are only issued in the following cases:
- The downloaded file is corrupted or unusable
- The product does not match the description
- Technical issues on our end prevented access to the purchased product
Refunds are not available for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Buyer’s remorse
- Content that was previewed before purchase

13. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for any delays or failures in the performance of our obligations if caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, server outages, internet failures, or other unforeseeable events.

- 404 Deep will not be held liable for any damages arising from the use of the purchased products, including any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- We are not responsible for any legal issues related to the Client’s use of the music produced, including copyright claims, licensing disputes, or content moderation actions by third-party platforms.
- The Client assumes full responsibility for how they use the purchased tracks.
15. Account Responsibility
- The Client is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
- Any activity that occurs under the Client’s account is their responsibility.
- The Client must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of their account.
16. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which 404 Deep operates.
- Any disputes related to these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
- In case of a dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before proceeding to legal action.
17. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
- 404 Deep reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
- Any changes will be communicated to the Client via email or through our website.
- Continued use of the website and services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
